Do my QR codes stop working if I stop paying?
No. Your codes keep redirecting to their last destination, with no time limit. Only destination editing and analytics are frozen.
What if you shut down?
We warn you by email 12 months in advance. Redirection is prepaid for that whole period, and you can export the "short address to destination" table from your account at any time. Your codes go through a dedicated redirect domain; custom domains will come for those who want full independence.
What is the difference between static and dynamic?
A static code holds the address or text itself: it is free and needs no account, but it can never change once printed. A dynamic code holds a short address that redirects to the destination of your choice: you can change it after printing and follow the scans.
Can I change the design after printing?
The destination, yes: you can change it at any time without reprinting. The design (colors, logo, frame), no: the code stays readable, but it is a new image that you need to reprint.
How do I cancel?
In one click, from the Billing page of your account, with no questions asked and no need to contact support. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period, and your codes keep working afterwards.
Refunds?
No: payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page: you keep Pro until the end of the paid period, and your codes keep working afterwards.
Where is the data hosted?
In Europe. We store no IP address, and no cookie is set during the redirect.
Why was my link rejected?
We reject link shorteners, addresses flagged as dangerous and, until your email address is verified, very new domains. The message under the field gives the reason.
How many scans can I get?
As many as you like: scans are unlimited on both plans.
Do you offer an API, teams, a custom domain?
Not yet. If you need one, tell us: these requests decide what comes next.
